📌 Cancellation & Modification Policy

Please review carefully before placing your order:

  • Personalized Orders:
    Due to the custom nature of personalized products, changes or cancellations are not possible after the order is placed.
    👉 Please double-check all details (name, date, design, size, etc.) before checkout.
  • Modification During Peak Season:
    During holidays or high-demand periods, modification requests (if applicable) may cause slight delays in delivery.
    However, we always strive to process requests as quickly as possible.

✅ Free Replacement or Refund

We stand behind our products and take full responsibility within 45 days from delivery if your order meets any of the following conditions:

  • Damaged, defective, or not functioning properly
  • Incorrect item received (different from your order confirmation)
  • Lost or undelivered items (with a correct shipping address provided)

👉 No Return Required:
We do not require you to return the item. You can keep or dispose of it at your convenience.


❌ Cases Not Eligible for Refund

While we strive to support every customer, the following cases are not covered under our refund policy:

  • Requests made after 45 days from delivery
  • Change of mind or personal reasons (no longer wanting the item, etc.)
  • Incorrect use, mishandling, or damage caused after delivery

🔁 Replacement with a Small Fee

In certain situations, we still offer support with a replacement at a reduced cost:

  • Incorrect item, size, or design due to customer input error
  • Orders returned or destroyed due to incorrect shipping address provided
